Caption: | Iran, Isfahan: Pol-e Khaju (Khaju Bridge) was built under ShahAbbas II in about 1650 in the Safavid era. It is 110 metres long and can be used to dam the River Zayandeh when necessary. The tea room in the centre, built for the Shah, is no longer in use. |
