PMR-D2517 Iran, Isfahan: Masjed-e Jameh (Jameh Mosque) dates back to around 771 AD and contains later additions from the Mongols, Seljuks, Muzzafarids, Timurids and Safavids. The largest mosque in Iran. The iwan on the south side with Mongol era stalactite mouldings and two minarets. In front, the ablutions fountain, imitating the Kaaba at Mecca.
