PMR610-08 Romania, N. Dobruja: Constanta, founded about 500 BC, was known in Greek and Roman times as "Tomis" or "Tomi". It is now Romania's chief port on the Black Sea, and a number of tourist resorts have been developed on the adjacent fine beaches.
