PMR-D7396 Morocco: Volubilis, a Roman city built on the site of the Berber and Carthaginian settlements in the first century AD, was originally the capital of the kingdom of Mauretania. Much of the stonework was taken in the 18th century for the building of Meknes. Mosaic of a dolphin and fishes in the North Baths (Thermen), whose water was supplied by the aqueduct.
